Ricardo Re
CEO and Technical Leader
Geologist, Master's in Mineral Engineering and MBA. 26 years of experience in geology and mineral project management. Founder of Tarumã (2023) and Handbag Mining Investments (a crowdfunding fintech regulated by Brazil's CVM securities regulator). Creator of the Life of Exploration (LOE) concept.

Giorgio de Tomi
Board member
Full professor of mining engineering at the Escola Politécnica da USP (University of São Paulo), with a PhD from Imperial College (United Kingdom) and an MSc from SIU (United States). He coordinates scientific research and innovation projects for global funding institutions and acts as a QP and CP on mineral resource and reserve projects for international companies and organisations.

Simone Fernandes
ESG Specialist
20 years of experience in the mining sector. Postgraduate in ESG from PUC Campinas and in Geoprocessing from SENAC, with a degree in Environmental Management and technical training in Mining and Chemistry.

Ana Carolina Arruda
Legal and Administrative Associate
Works across the company's legal and administrative functions, focused on drafting, analysing and managing its contractual relationships.

Gabriel Stival
PMO and Chemical Engineer
Background in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry Technician training, focused on development and innovation, with additional training in QAQC, Geometallurgy and Mining Law.

Josué Amaral Assis Batista
Senior Geology and Mining Technician
Mining and Geology Technician trained at CETEP (Bahia, Brazil), working in the sector since 2007. Specialist in diamond drilling, with 20 years of experience in drilling supervision, geological mapping and field team and fleet management, at companies including GE21 Consultoria Mineral, São Francisco Mineração, Bahia Nickel Mineração and Brazil Iron.

Silvino Saraiva de Sousa Neto
Exploration Geologist
Geologist and Master's candidate in Geology and Geochemistry at UFPA (Federal University of Pará). Experience in geological mapping, geoprocessing, database management and operational management, focused on technical efficiency and data reliability at the field base.

Kellyane Góis
Geology Technician
Geology Technician trained at IFRN (Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte), with solid experience in drill core sampling, geological mapping routines and database organisation.
